Simply photograph your Disney pin using the Add Pin button in the app. Our AI analyzes the image and identifies the pin, then searches our database of over 125,000 reference pins to find a match. You'll see the pin's name, series, edition, release date, and original retail price.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pinchanted → Cancel Subscription. On Android, go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pinchanted → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Yes! On the paywall screen, tap "Restore purchases" and sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to originally subscribe. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
Your collection data is safely stored and won't be deleted if you cancel. If you resubscribe, everything will be exactly as you left it.
Browse other collectors' pins and propose a trade by selecting pins from your collection to offer in exchange. The other collector can accept, decline, or counter-offer. Once both parties agree, shipping details are exchanged in-app, and both collectors confirm receipt when the pins arrive. After completion, both parties can leave trade ratings.
Try taking a clearer photo in good lighting with the pin facing directly at the camera. If the AI still can't identify it, you can manually search our reference database or add the pin manually with your own details. You can also contact us and we'll do our best to help identify it.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your payment information. Subscription management is handled entirely by your device's native payment system.
